Happy with Progress being made

Very very happy with the way Karen & Jessica
have responded to the needs of viewers.
They’ve shown the jewelry inside and out
plus(!!!!!) they did it multiple times for all
of us who might be watching at different
times during the presentation. Their knowledge
also makes it iNteResting to watch. I am so
glad to see this positive change for the better.
I will watch more because they make it
enjoyable to watch. THANK YOU TO ALL THE
STAFF that pass on our concerns and frustrations.
