All the things we have been trying to tell SLC.

If they choose to ignore us, which is likely, and to concern themselves only with NEW customers, all I can say is "Lotsa Luck With That!"

They'll be inundated with returns, and.........?

COMPLAINTS.

If they think WE "complain too much", then they're in for a HUGE surprise.

If they don't listen to what "Complainers" have been trying to tell them, then my advice to SLC is:

"You're going to need a bigger boat."

SLC: You need to hire more employees to handle all of the upcoming returns.

I have spoken and emailed with Mod Danielle, at length. I have chatted online with Mod Preston as well as email. I have chatted and emailed with Mod Connor as well. I have chatted and emailed with Mod Daniel. Is he a Mod? Well, he’s CS. Don’t know if he’s also Daniel producer too. He is SUPER nice and helpful! As are the others too!

I love to read. I read quite a bit on many websites. I like to browse the web while in the kitchen. Speaking of, I was looking at SLCs set of 24 kitchen towels, a good deal. Our darn Glassdoor....well it's so difficult to keep clean! You know, a lot of dog slobber!

That is VERY reassuring to me!

They have what can often be a very difficult and discouraging job.

Yet, they have always been very kind and helpful!

And fun to "chat" with, too!

This whole "THING" has affected many, including me.

It only takes the actions of a few to cause a tremendous loss of trust for many.

edited ....back up a few pages....it could be anybody
I am very glad to know that it is nothing, I also had hoped
that if it was something, Moderators would have picked up
on an impersonator. Thanks Connor

Shop LC will only listen to us via our wallets. I will be sending back all orders I’ve made for the Holiday Season. I just ordered over $200 of Shungite from ShungiteLife.com and replaced most of the other gifts from JTV and HSN. I will check back to this forum every now and then to see if ANYTHING changes.
