I spent some time reading reviews of The Jewellry Channel, Shoplcs sister network in the UK. Its where Amit was the president previously. Customers seem to be experiencing the same issues we are. I wonder if we are sharing CS agents all over the world? Take some time to read up. Amit left a mess in the UK. Why is he here?

I was at the aforementioned website checking some reviews
and wowsie wowsie woo woo. When I think back on the all
the threads on this forum, kindness's that shoppers have stated,
even thru disappointment trusting that SLC will come thru -
and moderator team telling all - thank you for your feedback,
and shoppers being patient, monies taken before shipments,
the waiting shoppers endure waiting for refunds, lost orders,
cancelations, broken jewelry, lost stones - loose stones on
items not even worn yet, forever to ship, shipping costs, poor
customer sercive, lying hosts, no full disclosure on material,
I just have to tell ya all - "it ain't gonna get better here - only
worse." SLC is up to something and they are pulling the wool
over our eyes. Not gonna give up on them yet? BEWARE
