I like to see a piece of jewelry before buying. I don't click on the video to see hosts telling stories, or commercials for other stones---I want to see the piece up close and personal, and have it described. It is someone's job at Shop LC to select the best footage for the item, but the Live TV Presentation often ends just when the host is about to show the piece. Is that some kind of joke? It makes me feel more like a fool than a customer.

I agree. Sometimes the host is so busy telling what is coming up that you never get to see what the product actually looks like. The video is worthless, then.

In most cases, the clips are taken from the first two minutes of the live TV presentation and sometimes that can include anecdotes from the hosts.
