Moving Items to auction when not out of product

Bought a ring (sz 8) but not good on right hand, So of course you’ve moved all the sz 7 to Auction????? Then we can not come back and get a different size for other hand !!!! Why do you do this????!

Thank you for your inquiry. There are multiple reasons why an item is moved from the regular catalog into the Online Auctions. The typical reasons include:

Inventory is low and we want to clear out remaining stock
Only select sizes are left and are moved to help clear out product
We have an overstock and some of the inventory is placed on the auctions to help reduce stock

Well that answer isn’t good!!! Because there were very few of the other sizes when I looked right after you answered????!!!
