How do i know what happened to my return?

I did my first return of a bracelet that got send to me broken in 3 pieces and a cuff that was not nice . Both where Bali items.

I tracked the pkg and was delivered to them on the 24 th. So what now?
Will i get an email or something?
How long does it take?
Can one of you fill me in please. Thank you.

One of the ways I know if my return was processed is looking at your order history click on the products you returned if the return was processed it will say returned.

You will get an email from them when they process the return and credit your card. It usually takes less than a week after they receive it.

If mine takes to long and it is not showing returned on my order history I call them.

After the tracking order states my return was delivered to shoplc, it usually takes a week before shoplc notifies me that they processed my return, and another few days for my credit card to email me that I received a refund.
