Quality Control: WHERE ARE YOU!?!
How many times have I received a bracelet or ring with stones missing?
TOO MANY!
I can surely understand that once in a blue moon this can happen, but it is
happening all too frequently.
Often, when I open my package, I hold my breath hoping each stone is in place!
A few times I have been very lucky where the stone is in the bottom of the
plastic jewelry bag. Phew, my jeweler can set it it back into place, especially
if it was the last one in stock and I really loved it!
If not, back it goes. UGH!
This is becoming so tiresome!
I may have to just stick to buying jewelry without any stones.
Is it just me or is this happening to others as well?
Wishing all of you a pleasant day.

Thank you so much for posting! I apologize that this has been happening to you. I have shared your comments with our QC team and our jewelry team so they can keep it in mind for the future. If you have any orders you still need assistance with, please email me at preston.weaver@shoplc.com.

Re: Missing Stones!
Yes, it has happened to me several times as well. Most of the time I call, request a notation to be made to returns & make sure that they don't charge me postage either way. One time I was able to set the large center stone myself & kept the ring. I have a pile of rings from SLC that have lost stones after only a few wears. I never wear jewelry missing stones. One of these days I'll see what I can get for the pile from local jewelers.

Re: Missing Stones!
That’s not good. I have had to returned jewelry pieces, not because the stone is missing, but for being defective. My last return was a lapis lazuli necklace. The beads were defective. They had scratches and dimples and the color seemed to be dyed. They need to have strict quality control, no matter the price.Kewpie wrote: ↑3 years agoBlessings to all my fellow SHOP LC community members!
