Hi Gemsnob, Sorry you can't get the video on your android phone. Shop LC really needs to address this issue. So many people use alternate methods to see their website, they could have probably many more sales and customers if they fix this problem. If you have a regular computer, give that method a try. Thanks all who replied. I only have my IPad to access SLC. I can always return the ring if I don’t like it; but I try to be very careful now a days because I know the misery of returning & waiting for my refund/credit. (Plus all the horror stories I’ve read here on the forum). Also, some items aren’t worth returning & going through all that. Watching the tv presentation will probably not ever happen. ❄️❄️❄️

Hi Amy, I have the newest IPad and I cannot find the video on Shop LC using my IPad either. I don't know if Shop LC has it available on the IPad format. Maybe they do, but I haven't found the link or video and I searched all over the page that has the ring on it. At the time I bought my ring, I was on a laptop and the video was down the page a bit. So, if you have access to a regular computer or laptop, I believe you'll see the video. Hope that helps!

Have you installed an additional browser, other than Safari and tried seeing the video? If not, I would install Chrome or Firefox and see if the videos work then. Also, if you are not updating your software it will stall features to be useless...until you update.

Another browser is Duck Duck Go.

Hi Ladies, it's been a pretty long time since I've posted and even longer since I've bought anything from Shop LC. I thought I'd come back to see what they have. Years ago when they were The Liquidation Channel, I bought some rings from the J Francis line that has the Swarovski Cubic Zirconia set in sterling silver. Those rings were made like a tank ( well made). but still very feminine. The Swarovski cubic zirconia is the absolute BEST stones I have EVER owned. I have a lot of very nice diamond jewelry, but these cubic stones from Swarovski, are even better looking than some diamonds. Anyway, while searching through the Swarovski CZ's tonight, I found a ring that just what I've been looking for in style, price and carat weight. I has the same well built look as the rings I bought way back when. So, if you are looking for a knockout ring, go check out this ring. Item number 3736337.
