When I go to look at jewelry, I always use the "sort" option and ask to see new arrivals. Why then, when asking to see jewelry, are loose gemstones shown? I try to get specific so I can see only what I wish but it still doesn't work.

I agree. Firstly the loose gemstones should be in their own separate category. Too many to go through to get to the new jewelry items IMO.
Second...While scrolling through the scads of loose gemstones I often wish many of them were put into jewelry instead of loose.
