I had no idea color change diamonds were such a thing. I know about the 4 C's of diamonds, color, carat weight, cut and clarity, and I guess if you want to add another C, you could say cost. Wow, you learn something every day! :D

Rolltide, have you seen what they call Salt and Pepper diamonds? To me, these are nothing more than heavily included diamonds, probably good for nothing more than industry uses really. Some people may like them. The diamond market will give fancy names to stuff to make it more appealing. I like my diamonds white, bright, clean and sparkling to the extent my budget will allow. :D :D

R; You seem to know a lot about gemstones and your posts are interesting and very helpful! I enjoy your knowledge. I like all diamonds and I do collect the salt and pepper, black and polki diamomds. I think they are a lot of fun to wear and different. Right now it is 10:30 in California and I am looking at the last Swarovski items! :D :D :D
