SueB,

I will be looking for tarnish proof boxes! I didn't know about them! I'll still be using my trusty silica gel packets, but tarnish proof boxes would be a great! 💕

What about the Artisan piece ( the owl) that I bought in January?
That would be nickel-free sterling silver. All of our sterling silver is now nickel-free.

My owl pendant feels hot, I don't know why. I have a Sterling silver Artisan design Ruby Zoiste (bought in 2015) earrings and no problems. Or it could be me having a reaction to the metal. I hope not. :(

Yes! I save them ALL! 🥰

But lately they haven't been sending them in my boxes as much as they used to. 🙁

Good Morning,

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We will certainly address this with our warehouse team, as it is expected for items to be shipped in a box. Thank you again for bringing this up and being a part of the Shop LC family!

You mean, the little black paper that comes with the jewelry. I won't thrown out those silica bags. Aré they safe for gemstones set in sterling silver?
