Are returns based on measurements allowed?

I won an Auction for a LUSTRO STELLA Simulated Diamond Tennis Bracelet in Sterling Silver (7.25 In) #3439865.
When I tried it on, it seemed a bit long, my ruler showed 7.5 in.
Now, I look at the pictures on the description where it shows the bracelet to be 190 mm. Checked a conversion table and it converts to 7.4803150 Inches. Plus the Lustro Stella charm is on the portion of the safety latch that would go over the little knob, making it impossible to close.

I find it hard to believe in all this time no one has pointed out the stated length was incorrect, and the safety latch won't close. Don't you think they would change the description to match the actual length???

I am unhappy I have to pack this up & send it back!
