Auction Bidders with lack of knowledge

Post by CC » 3 years ago

I still can't understand bidders on the rising auction site not doing their homework. If you are going to bid a high amount of money on an item you need to check Shop lcs website to see if item is still available there and what price the item is selling for. Many items listed on rising auctions are still being sold on Shop lcs website. Even what might be lower priced items too should be checked to see the dollar amount it may still be selling for on the website, and then bid accordingly. A bidder "Wm" and a bidder "Amp"(whose bidder name is much longer than this) just bid $200.00, then the winning bid by " Wm" of $201.00, for a black diamond cross that is currently selling on Shop!c website for $199.99. .The point of the auctions are to save money. So they both could have bought the cross for the amount they just went through a bidding war for and had to wait days wondering if they were going to be the highest bidder and win the cross...Just a suggestion.

I love those people! They make me feel like I am just so smart when the truth is they are just so not. They are probably the ones who are spending 20% of their take-home pay on lottery tickets (like a friend of mine).

Stupid is what stupid does. This quotation from Forest Gump movie applies for the high bidders who make the company Shop lc the big winners. For normal bidders the fun is gone...

I think these bidders just "playing" auction. I don't think they are actually PAYING for an item.

@Ena I agree, I see the same items right back in auction over and over again because they are not buying them, If I was shop lc I would ban those people real fast. If they do not purchase they are taking that sale from someone who would have purchased it and then shop lc loses money.
