Exactly-
I dont care for the way alot of the hosts act now
I dont care for the long drawn out presentations
I do NOT like the pressured selling tactics
The RA's got so out of hand with the max bidders spoiling the fun
Shipment delays will always be a problem but the different shipping rates lately are exhausting (auto correct came up with other word)

Greetings- While I was away for a couple of hours, I was putting
some thought into my likes and dislikes - low and behold!!..Gypsy
Woman nailed it!!!

• I love the forum.

• I love the people and wit on the forum

• hate a hosts behavior

• dislike the pressure sales tactics

• "that's my final, final, final finally final low"

• "item not supposed to be in show and I'm gonna
  get in trouble"

• though it has not happen to me, I believe
  the stories of roller coaster price changes. My memory
  is just not good enough to retain all of the prices ups and
  downs

• let's see... a big improvement would be to get to the
  bottom price quicker

• also, the ones with the most legitimate complaints
  could do a whole lotta good for a whole lotta people if
  they told their stories to the FTC and let them have a look
  at some of SLC's practices

OH!!!! and did I mention I love this forum and the people
and the funny stories?

I do love the forum and how funny some of the comments are and it is nice to see you are not alone about how you feel when there are problems. I use to love shop lc but I find am hardly shopping here. I use to get packages every day. I do not like the host being dishonest. I do not like the high pressure sales tactics,I do not like the prices that are all over the place, I do not like the lesser quality they have been putting out but yet charging more. I do not like the company they use for shipping. I have been getting better deals at other networks and they all have up to 6 budget pays which helps when purchasing more expensive items.

I love this forum and the people on it! I think Danielle is a rose among thorns ( most of the others at Shoplc but not all)
I find a few hosts' behavior and sales tactics off putting. No other business whether TV related or not would put up with some of the things that have happened but since its Shoplc, its come to be expected. How sad.
If they wouldnt say it to a loved one to get them to buy it then its not appropriate to say to anyone. Its not honest.
Id like more variety. Enough Opatra, Shungite, Granditierite, Jade and poor quality diamonds.
Id like better packaging on non jewelry items. Ive had things come damaged.
Stop YELLING! I can hear you just fine. As a parent, I can tell you the quickest way to get your children to tune you out is to yell at them all the time. Want them to listen? Talk softly ( or get on the phone) or whisper. Their ears will perk up. Your yelling causes me to change the channel. Its obnoxious.
Shoplc used to be fun! I looked forward to coming home from work and turning it on. I rarely watch.

I am watching now and heard Blake say that we want to see as many items in two hours as possible that it came from the top, the president and Ankur. So, maybe, just maybe they are starting to hear us. Fingers crossed. Its a start! Change takes time so I will give them this IF it continues to improve and they continue to hear us, I will be one happy customer!

What I like, actually, is the non scripted vibe overall. The selling techniques I “could” turn off (more on that next) if and when they bother me. When I first started shopping here (not too long in comparison to others here) I liked the variety SLC offered.

I adore the forum and all of you here! I love the fact that the mods interact and try to get things done on our behalf.

My major dislike (and it encompasses many aspects) is lack of consistency. There is basically NO consistency. The quality of products are hit and miss. The information from customer service varies depending on who you talk to. There is NO SYNERGY whatsoever (that I can see) at SLC.
I do not like what I perceive as a “don’t care attitude” from upper management. We have been told they are listening but so far those are words only. I want action too.
If the quality of items could be relied upon I could shop solely online. I would not have to watch if I didn’t want. So to me everything that is on t.v. would be superfluous if I could rely on the product and information(which is usually lacking) on the website.

I want to see:
Improved quality and workmanship
More variety (tired of same old same old)
Spending less time on ONE product
Just get to the price already. I get that is SLC’s thing. Okay, but don’t drag it out for an hour.

I’m sure more will come to mind.
