I'm not sure what posts you are talking about. The Mods approve everything that is posted. If they think it's unsuitable, it doesn't make the cut. How will things ever improve if customers cannot be honest about the issues they are experiencing? If you think people aren't being nice, you should have been here a few months ago. It's tame by comparison.
