It means it is processing and you can no longer cancel it at that point but it has not yet shipped.

Thank you for asking, Manifested is just another term for shipped. So your package should be arriving within 5-7 business days of the manifested date, assuming you choose standard shipping.

I ordered an item on 6/23 and it was suppose to be here today,it wasn't, so I checked the status and it's says it will arrive 7/11, not 7/1. Why so long? I called CS and they couldn't tell me. I got other items in 3-4 days and never longer then 1 wk.

@Moderator_Alex Usually if it says manifested it has not yet shipped, when it does ship it changes and no longer says manifested but you will see shipped in it's place.
