Are All Sales Final on Summer Vault items?

Any moderator: during the summer clearance vault, are all items Non-returnable? And if so, what happens if you order something and it is broken or destroyed. Thank you

I do believe our clearance items are non-returnable unless you get some thing that is broken and missing a stone or there is a default in the merchandised. And if you do get anything that is broken or missing stones or whatever get a hold of one of the moderators, they are very good at helping their customers.

I'm feeling a repeat of the "End of year" vault clearance.

I feel sorry for all the new shoppers. I have yet to see anything or hear anything to indicate all sales are final.
Not to mention, several items are not being discounted.
