To any monitor...
Please adjust my shipping charge for the blanket I purchased. I called customer service & was told the computer wouldn’t allow an adjustment. I’ll take a credit to my acct. thank you.

Hello Amy,
If these are the blankets that were charged $4.99 yesterday, we are working on processing the refunds. We just had to wait to generate the order list (which we have now) so we make sure that we don't miss anyone!
