I just waited two hours to see one item that was in the program guide just for them not to bring it why have a program guide if you don’t stick to it !!that I will never do again .....no more watching for hours to just get mad!

It should be realized that "things happen" to cause change.

But..

Could Shoplc hosts announce any changes, as not to cause
Viewers, potential buyers, anguish, frustration
To lose out on what they're interested in.

I would say, if this happens a lot
It's Shoplc's loss!!!

I haven't had problems with the program guide, which is better than before. But I can't seem to get anywhere with the main page. Keeps crashing!

Only issue I have had recently are some consultants joke around to much and take WAY to much time on some products...continue to extend the time ON and ON...its so annoying! Not only to myself but several of my friends that we end of turning the TV off. So Sad!
