Defective items. First time for everything...

Post by Ena » 3 years ago

Well, for the first time received 2 packages with defective items :(

A silver chain with a very visible bend that I can't fix.
A jewelry/music box that has a well-noticed mark on the right side. I'll give the box to my niece so it'll be ok but if I bought it as, say, a birthday gift for a child, I wouldn't be comfortable giving it.

Both items are inexpensive so not worth returning...

I hope it's just a fluke in quality control...

Not to up your damaged deals, but I ordered three pair of pajamas and two of the pair came missing a piece one came with no pajama bottoms and the other one came with no pajama top of course it cost so much to pay the postage to send them back(which I'm sure that LC is well aware of) I'm not going to but it's pretty obvious when somebody's putting it in the box that there's something missing but I just don't think people care and nobody is around to make them care thanks for letting me sound off k

It doesn't cost you anything to return damaged goods. Just fill out the form, put it back in package, attach label, and give it to your mail carrier. Easy peasey!

@KLiz Call them and let them know why you are returning them and write the reason on the return slip, you use their label to return and they will not charge you shipping when items are damaged or missing, it is free, so return them or if you liked them ask them to replace them and they will if they have them.

Welcome to the SLC customer club, a club that no one wants to be a part of. Sorry.
