Shipped then not?

Post by RS » 4 years ago

I had a few pieces that showed shipped today. I noticed the tracking number was odd. It began with “LC”.
Now those items no longer show shipped but just “invoiced”.
So what’s with that now?

@Gypsy {{shrug}}

I don’t know why I bother asking or with anything here anymore. SMH at myself.

With all the nightmares I've been reading about I am really glad that I have no open orders.
Sounds like shoplc needs more employees and maybe more efficient procedures within the warehouse.and shipping......better employee training ???

Lord yes!!! When you call about refund.... ordering cs reads exactly the item description!!! And some don’t even know how to pronounce the stone name?! Same personal shopper. Personal Shoppers used to be Very Knowledgeable!!!! And friendly!!!!! Soooo I’m wondering if pickers even know what the items are let alone look at items!!!!!!??????

Not the only first place.

“Artisans” are either:
A: not trained very well
B: don’t care about the quality of their work
C: made to rush, quantity over quality
D: ALL OF THE ABOVE

Customer service:
A: uninformed, not well trained
B: many of them poor communication
C: overwhelmed due to poor management
D: ALL OF THE ABOVE

Management:
A: Poor standards
B: Poor communication
C: Lack of integrity i.e. quality product, customer relations, truth in practices (on and on)
D: ALL OF THE ABOVE

So what’s the common denominator here?

I had my faith somewhat restored the other day. Well that didn’t last long. Was delivered another inferior piece and no answer given to my query here. Crickets...nothing.

Sent email. Nothing. Codes given did not work. Worthless to me then.

Yeah, I am vocal about it. Never in all my days have I experienced this level of quality and overall shopping experience. NEVER.
