Snoop is over bidding on a number of auctions
User Snoop is overbidding on many, many auctions. Noticeably on the Strada watches. Do something about that user.

Re: Snoop is over bidding on a number of auctions
Good afternoon,
Thank you so much for making us aware of this. We have investigated and taken action against this user. Please be aware that their bids may still show up on the auctions, but they will be unable to place further bids.

This is ridiculous, letting user Snoop to continue is ruining it for the rest of us.

They are still at it and user R is perpetuating it too. Enough already.

@Moderator_Preston ...can’t you just block their IP address? And find a way to block all proxy’s?

They are like a random IP address someone can use. Some even change periodically. Very difficult to keep track of and block individually.
Finding a way to block all proxy’s would be the best way. I say this because I am guessing that these people use a proxy which is how they can keep coming back.

Good afternoon,
Thank you so much for your suggestion. I am unable to IP block on my end, but I have passed this along to our online auctions team so they can look into the possibility of implementing IP bans or proxy bans.
