That you do not know where yesterday’s TLV is in the wearhouse! Yes! I just received an email saying my repick was processed for that item! Oh come ON!

With the constant issues that you seem to have with your orders, shoplc should assign you a personal shopper that fills , verifies and ships your orders

I placed an order early this morning....and I probably just jinxed myself 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

Well that's just CRAZY TOWN! I've fortunately never had the issue of 'repick'. From the sound of it, I hope to never experience that confusion.

We are truly sorry to hear that you have gotten a repick email regarding the TLV. Your order information has been passed on to management for a deeper review to find out why it is tagged as a repick. As soon as we have more information we'll post an update.
