WHY?????

Why do Victoria and VL continue to outbid themselves and push the price way over value and why is it still being allowed? Is it because even though they are not following auction rules they order other things they don't overbid on? Take a look at ITEM #3582104 ending in 6 hours 40 minutes. Victoria outbids Ella with a $8 dollar bid then proceeds to raise it to $50 click by click in 40 seconds then VL caps it with $51 on a item that sold on SLC FOR $12.99!!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much for your report. Unfortunately, I was unable to pinpoint the Victoria account as VL was winning but I did take action against VL.
