Your best bet may be to read reviews online. I'm not sure that this has been sold here previously. I could be wrong though....

I would think you should look closely at the bristles of each brush. I use items like these, bought from Q. The Calista brand and another one. I love them. I have long hair and use the round dryer/styler brush to put flips, waves and/or curls in my hair.
The have nice smooth tipped bristles and don’t pull my hair out.
