Re: COVID-19
It is indeed. Far higher than any country. There was a remembrance ceremony at the WH this evening.

Re: COVID-19
Is that number from the CDC?
I dunno folks.....in my area we've just continued living life and we're all still here. Even the elders in their 80's and 90's.
Nobody masks either.
When we go to Washington we do mask because "thems the rulz".
We're all fine tho. Even the compromised.

Yes, the CDC. Where are you? Very interesting that it hasn't touched your area! Take some time to Google statistics, you'll learn what all the fuss is about. It has touched my life in my friends in my community. The ones that didn't pass away are still struggling to gain their strength back. We all wear masks. There have been some that didn't. We miss them very much.Hollie wrote: β3 years agoIs that number from the CDC?

I'm with you Hollie. Highly exaggerated numbers. I don't trust much that the cdc says.Hollie wrote: β3 years agoIs that number from the CDC?

Re: COVID-19
They exaggerate the numbers. My dad had lung cancer. He had a Covid test everytime he had a procedure, every ER trip too. He had more tests than anyone I know in the last 6 months. The hospital said he died of Covid. There's no way he aquired Covid in 2 days but my step mom with copd didn't catch it. She took care of his hygiene, drained fluid from his lung. Neither she, her grandson, me or my brother got it. The hospitals receive a lot of money for every Covid death. Believe what you will but when people are scared, they look to the government to help. It's what they want. I've said from the very beginning, I'm not afraid of Covid, Im afraid of what will happen as a result of Covid.anniebelle wrote: β3 years agoHow do you exaggerate DEAD???Gemsnob wrote: β3 years agoI'm with you Hollie. Ask the people who have lost loved ones, may find MORE THAN HALF A MILLION HAVE PASSED.
