When the website was down today this is the message I got when I tried getting on. I took a screen shot.

@Gem Lover , I got the larger screen as well. However, i didn't see the little box about being insecure. Was that there at once? Or did you click on something, then it appeared?

Wow!!! What a message, guaranteed I would not be ordering until I found out what that message meant. No way a good way to get information STOLEN, PERIOD.

I think that message only appears (not secure message) when the site is/was down.

The padlock? It’s right in front of the name of whatever site you are on in the search bar…top of your page.

Yes, I found it! When I place the cursor on it, I get an explanation. I never knew this, it's a good learning experience! THANKS!

@anniebelle and @RS The padlock was missing and I had a warning symbol instead of the usual padlock so I clicked on it and the message came up.
