apologies if I may not have worded it clearly. From what I understood, you had an issue that didn't get resolved due to a miscommunication with customer service. I was simply asking that you elaborate on the issue here for further assistance. Sorry for the confusion.

I was shopping at another jewelry channel the other day, the rep that took my order spoke with an Indian accent!!! :lol:
I had called cs a few weeks back to check on a refund
for a return. An Indian woman answered the phone. I was surprised but I got my issue resolved quickly. My cable company has their phone center in Nicaragua which seems strange but I think we all have had experiences with tech support on our phones, cable,
other shopping networks, etc. Being polite never hurts.

I have always been polite, never rude would not want CS TO BE RUDE TO ME 😊.
