Latest shipping charges changes

Yesterday I got 2 packages from shoplc. One was a large puff envelope and the other one was a small box which contained a faux fur scarf and 1 velvet bag. Total , around 10, small boxes and 1velvet bag were in the puff envelope. For these 2 packages I paid 54 dollars in shipping charges which I think is absolutely ridiculous!!! I had to call about a return and w%hen I complained about shipping charges he said he would note it. Then when I said" I want each item I order to be shipped out separately if you're going to bundle them anyway you should have never taken away value bundle shipping away from The Rising Auction". He responded with " I can't make any changes to your account or file a complaint from here. You'll have to call customer service". Isn't that all they do t these days? Shift and charge us to death. I used to buy hundreds of things a month. I've purchased THOUSANDS OF ITEMS since the very first day they appeared on satellite TV. Now I might convinced that they use bots to falsely place ridiculous bids. Some say, when I bid on them to check, that the bid you are placing is TOO HIGH for this item. I'm thinking what the heck

I mean who the heck do they think that's fooling? Last night I was on very late and most of the good items had max bids by 4-5 of the same names I see no matter what time I get there? Bidding used to be fair and honest. I bid on tons of items each day. Then in the evening I will attempt to make my purchases but it always times out on o one page or another. Then after a bit it will say I've tried to reload too many times and it won't let me check out. Oh and I love the new holding times. They almost always empty my house cart at midnight. Now I checkout 5 items at a time a# soon as they come up. What a hassle for REAL PEOPLE while they still hold all items til midnight and ship all together. They used to treat me with reverence whenever I called, I'm sure it was because of so many purchases. Now they use Indians as telephone employees and I always have to repeat myself constantly. By the end of the call I'm so totally frustrated I hang up and literally scream. In the last few years I haven't bought like before. I've been forced to go other places. I guess that's why I get treated like crud. Oh well it's their loss!!!
