Not necessarily. There are two forms of iron and one is magnetic and one is not. They look the same so who know about the meteorite.

I have a ring pendant and bracelet from years ago that are supposed to be meteorite.
They're the lumpy pieces, not smooth like we've been seeing lately.
Hopefully they're the real deal.

This is what the forum is for. The meteorite
here is ridiculous $. IMO Buy elsewhere. There
are many legitimate sellers. Most of the
meteorite that is sold has been plated so the
rock doesn’t rust. The most commonly sold
is a majority of iron
