In the morning...
Do this one thing...Stretch your entire body slowly,
just like a cat or dog does when they get up.
This helps to lubricate your joints and
gets your muscles ready for activity.
We can learn from animals.
To do this daily and get into "a habit"..
You may want to sing "I love to move it, move it, move it"
