(11 bids)? I thought each bid must be at least $1.00?

Let’s say someone does a max bid for $3.00. Once the next bidder hits $3.00, and surpasses it at $4.00, there are two bids at $3.00 by two different bidders. I hope I made sense the way I wrote that.

'It always does that as they consider the starting bid 0 so if someone bids a dollar that is 2 bids........... 0=1 bid $1=2 bids etc.
