I totally agree about a second or even third opinion. New eyes sometimes see new things. A scan could also be useful. I don't think a barometric chamber treatment is helpful for this type of infection although it can be miraculous for some types of anaerobic bacterial infections and can also make MS go into remission. OSOTT, your mom is lucky to have you as her advocate. Keep up the good fight.
