Hello, I wasn't sure what section to post this in.
Is there any way to improve the results when searching a keyword?
For example, I searched for 'fairy' in jewelry, and got no results.
Then while browsing, I came across a piece with a fairy on it.
I think it didn't come up because the word 'fairy' wasn't in the title of the item.
I also like to search keywords of things I like, such as 'moon', 'star', 'horse', etc.
Some items come up, but there are so many pieces not included in the search.
Just a suggestion to think about.
Thank you

Re: Better search results
I 100% agree! Without being too critical - the one in charge of writing the titles do not have "keywords" in mind describing the item. I find titles of things that make no sense to the item whatsoever. If the item is a butterfly ring - then "butterfly" should be in the title - and maybe "insect" as well. If the title would describe the item with more specifics, i.e., color, metal, shape, animal, whatever - they would see more sales.Purrkitty wrote: ↑3 years agoHello, I wasn't sure what section to post this in.

Re: Better search results
Their search engine is so terrible, I hate using it. Usually after about five minutes I give up and go to a different company to find what I'm looking for.
